This package will provide you with some additional information about our Showcase.
We are America's original and only premier praise dance showcase with a focus for youth and
young adults, with connections with universities across America
We are committed to offering not only the highest quality ministry dance experience to each and
every youth group, teacher, performer, and family but also to inspire, unite, and mentor each
participant involved.
At ABPD, we are interested in the story behind each dancer and we strive to bring their
testimonies and talent together with pastors, counselors, mentors, college administrators, and
supporters from all over the country in order for young dancers and performers to receive the
feedback they need to take their lives to the next level.
The evaluation component of ABPD offers a chance to get feedback in a positive constructive
and friendly environment . At ABPD we NEVER judge any ones praise because we understand
that praise is between a person and God.

that inspire and
promote faith based values. Our
showcases offer receptions, classes,
workshops, forums, and all showcases
offer our official award program as
well as a special youth component
targeting aspiring leaders and artists.

7. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Registration
Solo $65.00
Duo-Trio- $55.00 per dancer
Small Group (4-8 dancers) $45.00.00 per dancer

* Participant’s Entry Fee to participate in the 2013 America’s Best Praise Dance Showcase;
One Official America’s Best Praise Dance T-Shirt for Each Participant; An Official F.L.A.V.A.
Dance Participation Acknowledgement; Meet & Greet (Fun, Games, Music & Food); Saturday morning
continental breakfast; Tour of
Hosting University; and One Dance Workshop.

8. WORKSHOPS
When your ministry registers for ABPD you have the option of 3 workshops
•Liturgical
•Mime
•The Gospel of Hip Hop
Leaders will have the option to participate in a Leadership
Workshop
**You must register your ministry for workshops during
registration. Please contact our offices for additional information. Would your
ministry like to participate in the workshop only? Contact our offices for

9. SHOWCASE VIP INFORMATION
1. All dancers performing in any F.L.A.V.A. Dance Showcase must be registered for the
Showcase before the cut-off date of May 04, 2013. A minimum of one Team Lead from a
Ministering group must be registered as the Team leader for any team to perform. Dancers may
not perform in the ABPD Showcase without first being registered before the
deadline.
2. An official F.L.A.V.A. Dance entry form must be completed for each entry submitted. A
completed dancer/team lead roster must accompany each entry. Entry forms and dancer roster
may be downloaded from our website at www.americasbestpraisedance.com.
3.Entry acceptance for the Showcase is limited, so early entry submission is encouraged.
Completed entry forms and rosters must be received no later than the published deadline date.
Entries received after the deadline date will not be accepted. NO ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED
ON THE DAY OF SHOWCASE.
4. Make every effort to ensure that your entry forms are complete in accurate. Our contact
information will be reflected on your confirmation sheet for any changes from your original
entry submission until the registration deadline

10. SHOWCASE VIP INFORMATION

5. Solo, Duo, Trio and Groups have a maximum performance time of 3 minutes and 30
seconds; no exceptions.
6. A one-time restart is permitted; however, a restart will result in point reductions.
7. Replacement dancers are permitted only in the event of an emergency and upon approval by
F.L.A.V.A. Dance. Any change in dancer or dance team status must be approved by F.L.A.V.A.
Dance. An Entry Form Amendment Request must be submitted to F.L.A.V.A. dance prior to
the Showcase day.
8. Due to the limited number of dancers and teams being accepted for this Showcase, Entry
Fees are non-refundable once a ministry member has been accepted for the Showcase.
9. F.L.A.V.A. Dance assumes no responsibility for entries not received through mail. It is
your responsibility to follow-up on your entry in the event confirmation is not received.
10. F.L.A.V.A. Dance will not provide any props, music, or garments for participants.
