Went from 26 states failing to just 7
Went from 46 states needing improvement to 30
Went from just 5 states making progress to 13 states & DC improving
From 2016 Report, expanded indicators for PDMP and added Data Sharing key action.
Also dropped the pill mill action in response to shift in best practices
Legislatures considered nearly 500 bills this past session (not including treatment, recovery or criminal justice bills)
