XI.             Additional Terms:

                        1. Letter of Intent will be accepted already by the Sales Operations Group;
                        2. All reservation checks must be paid c/o: CDC LANDHOLDINGS & COMMERCIAL
                           DEVELOPMENT CORP.
                        3. We are in the process of getting our temporary license to sell so all payments will be
                           escrowed to the bank,
