2. //Hurdles//
- During track season I would
take place in 100m hurdles
and 200m.
- During the WBL’S I took
place in both of the relays.
200m and 300m.
3. Distancerunning
- During practice we
would run about 10 800’s
every day.
- Some days we would run
with the sprinters and
run 10 200’s with
different paced groups.
- At track meets I would
usually take place in
the 1600m or mile run.
