• Klas 1MWD (16 lln), heterogene groep (9j-7m)
• Brave klas op 2 lln na
• Niet alle lln zijn even gemotiveerd tijdens de
  lessen LO
• 2 zwaarlijvige lln
• Atletiekpiste ter beschikking (meerdere
  klassen)
• Enkele sportieve lln met een goede conditie
Differentiatiewijze

• Doel: Uithouding: 8 minuten lopen

• Differentiëren naar vorm en inhoud
  aparte oefeningen voor:
  – Lln met goede conditie
  – Lln met minder goede conditie
Differentiatie
• 1e en 2e les: oefenen, 3e les: Test
• Lesopbouw:
  – Algemene opwarming
  – Leerlingen krijgen de keuze
     • Opbouw
     • Specialisatie
  – Cooldown + Stretching
  – Leergesprek
Differentiatie
• Opbouw:
  – Lln werken aan hun conditie met opbouwende
    oefening
  – Lopen 1 minuut en moeten die volhouden zonder te
    wandelen
  – Wandelen een halve minuut
  – Lopen 1,5 minuten en moeten volhouden zonder te
    wandelen
  – Wandelen een halve minuut
  –…
 Conditie opbouwen zodat de leerlingen de 8 minuten
 volhouden zonder te wandelen
Differentiatie
• Specialisatie:
  – De leerlingen lopen 4 minuten
  – 1 toer uitlopen
  – De leerlingen lopen 8 minuten
  – 1 toer uitlopen
  – Leergesprek
 De leerlingen leren om hun kracht te doseren om
 zoveel mogelijk toertjes te kunnen lopen.
Differentiatie
• 2e les
Minuten werden opgedreven

• Bij de opbouw begonnen ze nu onmiddellijk
  met 2 minuten lopen

• Bij de specialisatie liepen de lln 2x 8 minuten
Reflectie
• De lessen verliepen vlot
• Lln waren enthousiast, zowel bij de opbouw als
  specialisatie
• Enkele leerlingen hadden extra motivatie/aansporing
  nodig voor dat ze begonnen te lopen
• Ook de 2 zwaarlijvige lln deden goed mee
• Geen test kunnen afnemen vanwege het slechte weer
• 2 lessen zijn te weinig om conditie op te bouwen
 Ik ga dit zeker nog gebruiken naar de toekomst toe
