My chosen location is the Digbeth Canals
specifically outside ‘The Bond Café’ where there
is a display of commissioned street art. I chose
this location because it has the urban and street
feel that will suit my magazines genre. The
images I will take are a few establishing shots of
the street art and group photos with the music
artist posing in front of it.

4. Technicalities
• Natural light- Because my location is outdoors I am limited to the
amount of time I have to take the pictures, and I may need extra
equipment to light the area.
• Availability- As this is a public area it is easily accessible, although I
may encounter problems with members of the public passing by, I
will over come this by keeping my equipment close by and
explaining any issues.
• Power- There is no power source outdoors although I will be able to
use electricity at the café, also I can bring spare batteries to avoid
my battery on the camera run low.
