This document summarizes the results of 4 client surveys conducted between January 2009 and December 2008 by Wild Apricot to understand client satisfaction as the company scaled up its user base by a factor of 10 over 18 months. The surveys found that while the likelihood clients would recommend Wild Apricot to others remained at a decent level, there was still room for growth. Clients were generally satisfied but novice users required more support as the company continued to scale rapidly to meet demand.
