 Apetina Cheese "Text for Recipes" Campaign: Worked to develop mobile service allowing Apetina cheese customers to receive
recipe ideas via SMS. Apetina's retained advertising agency, McCann Erickson, supported the activity with a print campaign.
 New Orleans Shakespeare Festival at Tulane: Provided optimization recommendations for website re-launch and helped develop
audience surveys for the festival’s rebranding process during the 2010 season.
 Worked with market research companies to create consumer surveys for MORE TH>N Insurance and analyzed results for insights to
support news generation projects
 Conducted in depth interviews as part of thesis research during M.A. studies at Cardiff University
