• Allows vxROI units to conduct ‘Sensitive Review’ before
releasing information
– Entering and/or editing demographic information
of a facility
• Facility data will appear on the correspondence

• Health Summary templates can be used
• If a Health Summary is selected, all of the
information included in the template will print
• If the Health Summary template encompasses
the entire medical record, vxROI can process
the request using the HS

• vxROI has the ability to alert users when a
sensitive document is selected for release.
• A Padlock icon denotes a sensitive document

• Provides a complete accounting of disclosure for all
documents released.
• Ability to release images that are associated with the
patient.
• Automatic notice and reply letter(s) print functions.
• Automated billing rules applied via the vxROI tracking
database.
• Track all additional paper and imaged documents
requested not in the vxCPRS system.
• Helping organizations meet ARRA Meaningful Use
requirements by providing a means to release any
vxROI request electronically to the requestor.
