2. The Spaces Tool allows staff and
students to build project or
discussion areas on the VLE. The
Spaces Tool is available on the
Global Navigation Menu from
anywhere in the VLE.

3. Click on the Spaces Tool to see a
list of Spaces that might be
available to you.
There is also a directory of other
publically available Spaces that
you can browse through.

4. Click Create a Space and add a name.
Invite people to join by typing their
name or clicking Browse.

5. You can add a photo, category
and edit membership from this
page.

6. Managers and Members can then
add information, links, etc. to this
Space.

7. Once created, your Space will
appear in your list. You can
edit, view, leave or request to join
a Space from here.
