Responsibility for Relationships<br />Others are Individuals too – Respect them<br />“Manage” your Boss<br />Depend on others by leveraging their strengths<br />Take Responsibility for Communication to avoid personality conflicts – It’s your duty<br />Organizations are built on Trust not force<br />

Second Half of Your Life<br />Address midlife crisis – Bored at 40<br />No Learning; Need Challenge<br />A setback; Change Tracks for Success<br />Begin working on it long before you enter it<br />Develop a Second Career by<br />Join different line of Work<br />Develop a Parallel Career<br />Social Entrepreneurship<br />You are the CEO of your life<br />Life of Organizations is Short and Workers are Mobile<br />
