Editor's Notes

  1. Dr. G.P. “Bud” Peterson is the president of GT and is the head of this event being hosted. So if any questions, comments, or concerns Bud will be more than willingly to assist you in answering any questions you might have.
  2. It has been the world's busiest airport by passenger traffic and number of landings and take-offs since 1999, serving 88 million passengers per year.Basically anything you want to do can be done in Atlanta. Anywhere from shopping malls to Pro Sports Teams to the most attractive nightlife across the country. Atlanta just has it all.The Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Hawks, and Atlanta Falcons all have stadiums with 40 minutes of hotel.
  3. Depending on what you want to do with you spare time during the Conference will help you detemine what you want to do about transportation. You will have many events going on during the day and night but if you want to get away from the hotel, you can do any of these. The Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel and Conference Center is located 22 miles from the airport which will take around 30 minutes in a car.A cab ride would cost approximately $50. The hotel doesn’t offer a airport shuttle to and from the hotel due to the distance.
  4. Along with all these awesome tourist attractions. Within the complimentary shuttle 5 mile radius there are many local restaurants and bars to take up time of all the guests.
  5. The Hilton Atlanta/Marietta is a renowned Georgia Icon - its legendary distinction for grand design, devoted hospitality and spectacular meetings is unmatched. New $8 million dollar renovations of all public areas, guest rooms, outlets and meeting space. Whether you're planning an intimate get away or an extravagant conference, you'll feel confident that the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta will launch your next success in style.
  6. We chose this hotel as our host community for several reasons:1stlocated just 20 miles North West of downtown Atlanta2nd Nearly 200 guest rooms 3rd Over 20,000 total square feet of flexible meeting space.
  7. While the Hotel does not offer a discount to conference attendee’s the room rental rates are extremely competitive with other hotels.$123 per night
