The economic background KAR-FVG Assumptions Problems In both regions we have: • Two separate “innovation • Many knowledge based SMEs ecosystems” • Innovative legislation schemes • Need of investments • Supporting instruments for • Unawareness of Lead users’ innovation needs • Reasonable number of Lead • Unexploitment of geographical Users (e.g. universities, public proximity advantages administrations, technology parks, investment funds) keen to adopt ICT solution to improve the citizens’ life quality
  • 5. Tri ICT project objectives Improved collaboration among SMEs is decisive to accelerate investments and growth throughout the area. Collaborative actions must take place at three levels (hence the project named Tri-ICT):
