  2. 3. <ul><ul><li>SOME EMPLOYESS HAVE A PART-TIME JOBS , they work 20 hours a week. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>MOST PEOPLE HAVE A PERMANENT JOB , they have no finish date. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>SOME PEOPLE HERE DO TEMPORARY WORK , for a short period. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>EVERY EMPLOYEE HAS A CONTRACT , an agreement about how long they work, when they work, etc. </li></ul></ul>
  3. 4. <ul><ul><li>WHEN EMPLOYEES AT BISG ARE 65 THEY RETIRE , they stop working because of their age. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>IF SOMEONE LEAVES THE COMPANY, for example to move to another company, THEY RESIGN or QUIT , they tell the company they are leaving. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>WE MAKE PEOPLE REDUNDANT if we don’t need them anymore or we don’t have work for them or if we have financial problems. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>If someone has done something wrong or stupid, them we DISMISS or FIRE them. We asked them to leave the company. </li></ul></ul>
