5. • Digital library of product artworks in portal: We upload all artworks of print
promotional material in the online portal in web editable format. Some
portion of the layout maybe locked as per your business rules and user can
edit other portions of the layout.
• Order placement: After all print material layouts are uploaded, different
users across branches/functions such as Corporate Marketing/Regional Sales
/ C&F Agent / Distributor can login using unique login id/password to send
request for print.
• Order Validation and Approval: The designated approvers within the
company can authorize order (single or multiple level hierarchy). Based on
request generated from different departments, authorization request goes to
particular admin to approve the order.
• Order and Execution at PrintBindaas: Once authorized person approves the
order based on online digital proof, final artwork print ready file is received
by PrintBindaas in real time
