  manufacturing hub.
 pipes are imperative in all natural gas
  project & water ways project.
 PVC has become popular due to
  variety of reason and is seen to
  replace traditional pipes.
Economic point of views:-

 Size:- In India there are about 22,000 plastic
  processing units and150 plastic processing
  machinery manufacturing.
 Percentage of world market:-the value of world
  plastic export was US$ 375 billion and the share of
  India was less than 1% with exports of worth US$
  3.187 billion.
 GDP:-:- The per capita consumption of plastic
  products in India is growing and is moving towards
  8% GDP growth.
 Employee:- It provide employee to over 9 millions.
 Turnover :- The turnover of plastic industry in 2011
  is 1,25,170 core

 Mr. Dilip Joshi, the founder of the
  group, is a highly rated technocrat
  having enterprising visionary and a
  passionate leader.
 The company has large area of land
  (2,37,000 sq ft.) with built up area
  65,000 sq ft.

   There is good communication between manger & their
    worker.
   Employee overloaded with work.
   The source or recruitment in the organization is mainly
    done on the basis of Employee referral & Recruitment
    agencies.
   Training & development programme is mostly done
    after 3 month.
   The company provides various welfare facilities
    such as Canteen facility, housing
    facility, recreational facilities etc
suggestions
   The employee is overloaded toward the
    work if the work is delegated among the
    employee equally, so that there is less
    burden of work and employee can
    concentrated on their work.

   If organization is more concentrated on
    campus recruitment & job Portal it will lead
    towards the right talent acquisition and
    retention.

 It was good to see the coordination
  and trust between the employees and
  their superiors working in a team.
 Discipline is maintained.
