machinery manufacturing.
Percentage of world market:-the value of world
plastic export was US$ 375 billion and the share of
India was less than 1% with exports of worth US$
3.187 billion.
GDP:-:- The per capita consumption of plastic
products in India is growing and is moving towards
8% GDP growth.
Employee:- It provide employee to over 9 millions.
Turnover :- The turnover of plastic industry in 2011
is 1,25,170 core

The employee is overloaded toward the
work if the work is delegated among the
employee equally, so that there is less
burden of work and employee can
concentrated on their work.
If organization is more concentrated on
campus recruitment & job Portal it will lead
towards the right talent acquisition and
retention.
