Steve Chilton mapped the island of Antigua and his work contributed to ongoing road signage and mapping projects on the island. A local who saw Chilton's interview noted that small roads were now being signed, and recommended that he return in 6 months to see further progress. While government offices were still inefficient, being put on hold and transferred meant that work was happening. The local's message was to encourage Chilton that his work made a difference for navigation in Antigua.

21. ..... since you left they have been putting up road signs and it is a work in progress. The other
day, I saw one of the small roads getting a road sign. I believe your interview on ABSTV
contributes to this work. It might be a good idea to come back to Antigua (6 months from now)
and you will see a difference.
When I call to get info, I am always put on hold and referred to somebody else... In Antigua
that means "You are making Progress". Hope this will give you the confidence that you have
made a difference for us in Antigua, as I kind of know which road I am driving on...
