This document outlines the process of developing an MVP dating app called Bebop. It started with the hypothesis of targeting singles who hunt for dates at night. After testing an initial landing page, it was determined that SMS would be the simplest MVP. A text message service was launched that allowed people to manage contacts. This SMS MVP received sign-ups and messages, validating the addressable market. The next steps outlined developing an Android app with more features like CRM, reminders and synchronization. Future pivots discussed broadening the market appeal.
