How to Get Unpublished Flight Deals and Discounts?
Webstation holiday process.
1. Your Guide to Booking Holiday via
Agent Webstation
The following slides have been created to give you an
overview of how to book, and manage, your holiday on
the Agent Webstation. It includes details of:
1. How to select the Time off Manager
2. How to select the holiday year.
3. The summary screen of all your holidays sanctioned,
on the waiting list or cancelled.
4. How to either book holiday or put yourself on the
waiting list.
5. The calendar showing you, at a glance, what holiday is,
or is not, available for your department.
2. Select Time Off Manager
to book holidays.
Select the current
vacation year
3. Select request time off
This screen shows the
summary of the user’s
Holidays.
4. Select the type of time off as Holiday.
Select the length of holiday.
Select the start date and end date of the
holiday.
Submit.
If holiday is denied (due to either partial
or no hours left) go back and change
‘Holiday’ to ‘Waiting List’ and select
dates as above.
Adding yourself to the Waiting List
creates a report, in date/time order, for
R&P to use in order to sanction this for
you as it becomes available. This
eliminates the need for you to ask your
TL to mail R&P.
5. If the Web station advises the
holiday selected cannot be
booked and advises the earliest
date to request, this will need to
be requested through a Team
Manager
Any holiday requests that
are more than 2 weeks
needs to be discussed
with a Team Manager
before booking.
6. Select Calendar View to
see what Holiday not
available Select Colour Key to see
what the different colours
on the calendar view
represents.
