como realizar correctamente un dnc

Education

1. Utiliza el formato: FM-RH-07 Encuesta de Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación
2. Agenda el DNC con cada responde con cada Unidad (incluyanme cuando sea con el residente)
3. Llena correctamente el DNC con tinta azul (incluyendo firmas)
4. Una vez concluidos todos los DNC de tu unidad, escanealos y subelos a la carpeta compartida
5. Guarda las evidencias del DNC en una carpeta en físico con el nombre “DNC 2023” (no perfores las hojas)
6. Estos documentos son el soporte del Plan Anual de Capacitación y pueden ser auditables por la STPS
