Before getting in to the meaning …. Lets see few day to day life examples of
integrity.
 Go back to a store and pay for something you forgot to pay for.
 Never betray a friend‘s trust even if you get in trouble.
 Inform the cashier he gave you too much change back.
 Do not gossip or talking badly about someone.
 Remain true to your spouse or partner.
 When in a serious relationship, don‘t keep secrets from each other.
 Return money that you noticed someone dropped without expecting a reward.
 Ignore someone‘s advice on how to cheat on your taxes and not get caught.
 Do not let someone else take the blame for something you did.
 If someone gives you confidential information, never tell anyone what you
know.
 When it is obvious to you a relationship is over, don‘t drag it out but discuss it
openly

and shows integrity.
•Never steal supplies from the
workplace.
•If you find yourself in a conflict
of interest, get out of it as soon as
possible.
•Don’t accept praise of acclaim for
someone else’s work.That includes
stealing someone’s idea or pretending
to have worked on a successful project.
•When making a business deal, make sure everything is on the table and
nothing was left out.
•If your company asks you to do something against your personal code of
conduct, refuse. If it means losing a good paying job, so be it. Find a more
ethical company to work for.

Accountability : Should not be
defined as a Punitive response
to something going wrong.
Its is Basically the “quality”
of being accountable ; an
obligation or willingness to accept responsibility for one’s
action.
✦Accountability is a positive term describing commitments that – in the eyes of others – have been
kept.
✦Accountability is continually asking,―How am I doing?‖
✦To front-load accountability in your organization, you have to provide crystal-clear expectations.
When you front-load accountability:
✦ Performance increases
✦ Resources are better allocated – people don‘t have to guess
✦ Job satisfaction is increased
✦ Relationships are strengthened
✦ Results improve, ultimately increasing revenues and profitability

Responsibility is a task given, but can
be refused, ignored, abandoned, not
be performed or delayed...
Accountability is a task that we cannot
escape of, whether we like it or not....it is
there and we will account
If you are responsible for something, you may
be the one to whom things are reported
If you are accountable for something,
you are in a position that requires you
to report to or answer to someone for
your actions and decisions
Both of its objective is to motivate performance.
YouTAKE responsibility and you are HELD accountable
Responsibility refers to the fact of being in
charge with something, of having control
over someone, or having a duty to deal
with something.The person who is
responsible for such situations may be
accountable, but it is not a necessary
feature of the person himself..
Accountability on the other hand refers to
the other quality which a person or body
has when they are reliable in their behavior,
capable of taking justifiable actions or
decisions; it also indicates that a certain
(positive) behavior or attitude are likely to
be kept over time, so that you can trust the
person or body.

Self-awareness means that leaders know what is important to them -Whether it is values,
identity, emotions, goals, or motives, the leaders need to be fully aware of them
Unbiased Decisions – Authentic Leadership
•Unbiased processing implies that a leader is objective in assessing positive and negative
self-aspects based on presented information.
•Authentic leaders are free from bias, balanced processing implies that authentic leaders
are capable of considering multiple sides of the issue at hand and analyzing all relevant
information before making a decision

Maturity: The state or quality of being mature
PROFESSIONAL MATURITY HELPS INTHEWORKPLACE
•Professional maturity is the ability to respect other people's diversified cultural backgrounds
and unique set of experiences in the workplace. Judgment should be based on mutual consensus
supported with facts, rather than emotions and instincts. It is also the ability to control anger and
settle differences without violence or destruction.A mature person can face unpleasantness,
frustrations, discomfort and defeats without collapsing or complaining, as it is a fact that one
cannot have everything his own way all the time.
•The bigger your plans are to progress in the organizational ladder, the bigger the amount
of professional maturity it demands. Decide from today how you should sow the seeds of
professional maturity which will surely lead you to sustainable success one day.

‗Positive energy' is one of those buzz words bandied about at the fringes of
psychology.The term is not well-defined and used in a number of different
ways. In its simplest usage, positive energy is a bundle of desirable attributes.A
person who is enthusiastic, empathic, cheerful, optimistic, courteous,
generous, or kind would fit the bill.
Someone who is energizing elevates the performance of other people around
them .They feel more creative when they‘re working with them; they‘re more
likely to work hard.

Where should you start? I have used a simple two-step approach
in my own work:
1. Find out what they want.
[ 3- BUCKETS ROLE / ENVIRONMENT / DEVELOPMENT] [RED]
2. Address their needs in the normal course of daily work.
The key is to label and link. Once you understand your
employees’ needs, you can begin to address them in the course of
daily work.
Use the framework Brains—Bones—Nerves
•Brains : vision and strategy
•Bones: organizational architecture
•Nerves : culture and climate of the
organization

Passion: •A strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something.
Example :
•Actors may be passionate about drama, performing, acting.
•Singers could be passionate about music, dancing, instruments.
•Athletes are enthusiasts for their sports. Motocross, skiing, surfing, skateboarding, etc..
if you perform that role mindful of the positive effect you can have, you are a company
leader–you have just helped create a passionate workplace.
Passion Is Important
Regardless of your current job bringing
passion to your work can lay a foundation for
success.
Not just success in your current job, but
success for every rung you want to take up
the company ladder.You may hate your job
now, but the attitude you take towards it can
play a pivotal role in your career.

Lets see few day to day life examples of integrity.  Go back to a store and pay for something you forgot to pay for.  Never betray a friend‘s trust even if you get in trouble.  Inform the cashier he gave you too much change back.  Do not gossip or talking badly about someone.  Remain true to your spouse or partner.  When in a serious relationship, don‘t keep secrets from each other.  Return money that you noticed someone dropped without expecting a reward.  Ignore someone‘s advice on how to cheat on your taxes and not get caught.  Do not let someone else take the blame for something you did.  If someone gives you confidential information, never tell anyone what you know.  When it is obvious to you a relationship is over, don‘t drag it out but discuss it openly
