S3V2K is a group consisting of 6 individuals who have created an app called Open CCC to allow citizens to easily report civic issues like water and sanitation problems via SMS or a mobile/web app. The app aims to provide instant reporting, tracking of issues with complaint IDs, and transparency of data to solve problems. It works by allowing users to send SMS messages with keywords and locations to report issues and check statuses. The group hopes to expand the app to handle more types of civic complaints and integrate with existing open standard models like Open311.
