3. INTRODUCTION
Ay Caramba! This is it! If you are looking for true adventure then the ZipRider is for
you. One of the world's longest ZipRider. Over 5,000 feet long, 1,300 foot vertical drop,
40 MPH maximum speed, 300 feet at the highest point from the ground, 1.5 minute ride
time. Unlike anything you've seen before the ZipRider cable ride is truly a quot;once in a
lifetime experiencequot;.
Your adventure begins when you board your “Monster Truck” from the Samaná port for
the drive to the top the mountain. Your driver will narrate as you pass through & up the
picturesque Dominican mountainside. Once at the top you will take a short walk to the
launching area. At 1,300 feet above sea level you will sit into our special harness seat and
await your launch. Since you quot;sitquot; in the harness you do not have to hold onto
anything...unless you want to.
The ZipRider has four separate cables so that means four riders may go at the same time;
it is a race to the bottom! If your eyes are open you will see sweeping scenic vistas
including the turquoise beauty of the Caribbean Sea. Your ZipRide ends with a gentle
touchdown on the beautiful sands of Playa El Valle. Your friends & fellow vacationers
(not as brave as you) will be at the landing zone to welcome you back. Unlike anything
you’ve experienced before, the ZipRider is truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

PATRONS
22 people per hour x 8 hrs per day = 176 people a day
176 people x 24 days per month = 4,224 people per month.
4,224 people monthly x 12 months = 50,688 people per Year.
REVENUE STRUCTURE
4,224 People Per month X $90 per person = $380,160 (Per Month).
$380,160 x 12 Months = $4,561,920 per year.
Note: ZipRider expects to attract a conservative percentage of ten percent (10%) fifty
thousand of the 500,000 Cruise Line passengers who visit annually. Additional visitors
to ZipRider will come from hotel concierge, local and international visitors. ZipRider
can handle up to 100 patrons per hour, our revenue forecasts are “conservatively” based
on 22 patrons per hour. We also base ridership on 24 days per month, not 31 days a
month, due to unpredictable weather conditions.
Less Commissions: Monster Trucks, Taxis, Cruise Lines, and Tour Operators all
contribute towards generating revenue for ZipRider. As such, each of these sources will
be paid a combined commission up to fifty percent (50%) of revenues.
8. INVESTMENT STRUCTURE
Next Level Capital, LLC is proposing to offer a 60% equity position for a $3,000,000
investment in the company. Mr. Gordon has already invested approximately $120,000 in
pre-development costs associated with the project. The capital will be used to provide
sufficient working capital to successfully launch the ride, to finance new product and/or
business development, marketing efforts, and to improve operating efficiency.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
The Return on principal investment of $3 million will be achieved at the end of the third
year of operation. In year five it is anticipated that a combined ROI of 200% of the
investment will be achieved. The partnership will also feature the option of Limited
Partners receiving Quarterly Dividends in the first quarter of the second year of
operation or the profits can be re-invested in the business (e.g. retained earnings) with a
200% return on investment pay-out after five years.
EXIT STRATEGY
The Company has anticipated a number of different exit strategies: (1) Within 3 years of
operation the company can be acquired by a larger company returning greater than 3
times the investment of the partners. (2) After five years of operation the partners can
dissolve the company and cash out. (3) The Partners could re-invest a portion of their
equity stake in the development of ZipRider-2 and receive a greater share in profits,
having first right of refusal.
