2.  Mixing the internet with real time interactive game
show, by allowing the audience to see from the point
of view of the host; where he is, what he is doing, who
he is interacting with, and what is around him
through live internet broadcast. Constants who sign
up to join the search, have an approximate time of 60
minutes to find the host for a cash prize. Each fifteen
minutes a clue will be sent by text message of e-mail
to contestants.

3. Finding the host
 The host can be anyone located in a city of town
chosen by the “Just Try and Find Me” team. The host
can be disguised as anyone, such as; a bum walking
the city streets, a business man having cocktails in a
restaurant, or a pregnant woman shopping in a
grocery store. The host will be given a name which
will change upon each show; such as, Mr. Stewart
Blackwater.

4. The prize
The prize for finding the host is a cash award of
$5,000. If the host is not found and identified with in
the allotted period of time, another $5,000 will be
added to the prize winnings for each game played
each month. The jackpot will continue to grow until
there is a winner, and then the game starts over. The
prize can only be given to the contestant who
identifies the host by it’s given name and a simple
introduction as “ Hello, Mr. Blackwater. It is nice to
finally find you.”

5. Each show will be aired in a different city. Audience
will be based primarily around college students,
although anyone is allowed sign up and play the
game. Contestants have to sign up and pay an initial
fee of $19.99 for each contestant. Teams of no more
than two contestants will be allowed to enter with an
addition entrance fee. Prize winners must be signed
up and confirmed as active contestants.

6. Marketing
Marketing is set fourth by sponsors who would be
willing to help pay to link to the web-site and
contribute to the cash prize. We’d also like for
sponsors to help supply free marketing items like
t-shirts, gift cards, CD’s, DVD’s. These items will be
given away during promotions such as, public
appearances, radios talk shows, television interviews
and new paper articles. A few possible related
sponsors could include companies such as Face Book,
Version, Apple Computers, Mountain Dew or Red
Bull.

7. Employees
Web engineers, a web host, a make-up artist, and
support staff would be the initial start up cost for “Just
Try and Find Me”!

8. Support Staff
Support staff would conduct radio interviews, live
appearances and handle the distribution of free
sponsored products.

9. Travel Expenses
Travel expenses will be issued for the support staff
two days prior to the live event. Hotel, rent-a-car, air
fare and food allowance will be provided.

10. Overhead
The cost of computers, cameras, web-site design, live
internet connection, and salaries would be necessary
to begin such a venture.

11. With the right advertisement and web links, “Try and
find me” could be the new and up coming internet
show beginning a new generation of game shows to
be played on the net. The first truly interactive show
which allows the audience to participate by watching
the show live, or by hunting down the host during
hour’s worth of entertainment.

13. Return on your Investment:
First and foremost is the goal of returning your
investment funds with interest for this company. We
realize without an investor this company would never
have the option of getting off the ground so we can
offer several different options. First, the investor can
be paid the monies investor back with interest.
Second, the investor has the option of remaining as a
shared partner adding to the investment as needed
with approval adding opinions and advise when
needed. Third, the investor has the option of
remaining a silent investor.......

14. Closing Information
