Project Civil Engineer, Oct 2011 to Present
I am presently working as a Project Civil Engineer at Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority
which is a Federal Government entity having more than 200,000 employees and is responsible for
design, planning, construction & maintenance of Water, Power, Infrastructure & associated Buildings
projects in Pakistan. I am working at USD 2 Billion Hydropower Project consisting of a 71 Mm3
Barrage,
A 52 Km Concrete Lined Power Channel, 1450 Megawatt Power House, 02 Nos. Residential Colonies
with 830 Residential Units, Office Complex and allied infrastructure. My job description includes;
 Planning & scheduling of project activities.
 Site management from conception to completion.
 Setting out project works in accordance with approved plan & specifications.
 Devise cost effective and time saving construction methodology statements.
 Providing guidelines on unusual or difficult engineering issues.

Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority is a Federal organization responsible for the
planning, construction and regulating the reconstruction and rehabilitation operations in the Oct 2005
earthquake affected areas of the country. I have worked as a Field Engineer and have supervised series
of donor funded projects including HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital, Muzaffarabad City,
AJ&K University & Mzd City Development Project.
My main responsibilities included;
 Performing day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the labor force.
 Inspecting all activities and ensuring all work is done as per requirements.
 Ensuring health and safety standards on the site.
 Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for site staff.
