A. Who is the Chairperson of the company? How does he/she manages the business? What are the different
assignments that he/she takes care off? How does he/she coordinates with other members in the company?
Hirofumi Hori is the chairperson of our company. He mainly manages the business with
Yuuya Furukawa, because Yuuya Furukawa is a vice-chairperson. Yuuya Furukawa's
work is assist the chairperson. Therefore, the chairperson of our company cooperate with
employees in managing our company. The chairperson of our company always study
fashion for clothes and a way to manage our company. Moreover the chairperson of our
company examine the customer demand and listen to the voice of the customer of our
company. There are any other many works for the chairperson. And there are many
employees in our company and each of them work his or her work.


B. How would you help customers choose your product? Discuss different strategies that you would like to
adopt. Discuss the quality of your products and why it is worth buying?
First strategy, I explain that it different our company,s products from others. And also, I
explain our product's appeal points. For example, our products are low plaice and good
quality . We say good quality that our products are made from material of Japan. Second
strategy, we go to deliver the handbill. When we go to deliver, we mainly deliver the
apartment that young person lives in. Because, we think that young person like clothes
that is dressing up. And also, person who deliver the handbill by handing must be looking
the handbill. We declare , if you buy our products, we must not make you disappointment.
Their two things is our mainly strategy.


C.Discuss a definite discount or promotion for your products that will help to sell your products better? How
should the customer take advantage of this offer?
We discuss a definite discount or promotion for your products. Some ideas
about definite discount or promotion were proposed by the staff on our company. For
example, first, we sell our products at a 5 percent discount if you become a member of the
our company club. Second, we advertise our company on TV almost everyday. If we
advertie our company on TV almost everyday, many people in Aizu will know our company
and they will interested in our company. And the customer should take advantage of these
offers. For example, the customer join the our company club, and the customer buy the
products at low price.


D.How are the products packaged? Is there a warranty for the products? How should the customer contact
you if there are problems or questions about the product after it is sold?
The products are arranged on a shelf first. Therefore with have bring an
article liked a customer to a cash register, and settling account a product of the own way
company original bag it up, and hand an article, and do it. For a guarantee, I set up service
to cure a damaged article. If a purchased product does it within a half year, I get over in
30%off. In addition, a purchased product cures the product of less than 3 months gratis.
The customer can ask us a question by the following methods after it was purchased an
article when there was a question.

E. Is there any installment plan for the products you sell? Is cash / cheque / credit cards acceptable? If a
customer has financial difficulties, how could you help him/her buy your products?
Our company permit that customers use credit cards. Because we want the
guest to be satisfied. If a customer has credit cards, customer who don't have money can
buy our products. You can choose lump sum payment and a revolving payment in the
payment of the credit card in own way company. You can choose you to 12 times in the
revolving payment.If the customer negotiates with us about our product's price, we think
that we reduce our product's price. And, if we can reduce our product's price, we do to
reduces the price with pleasure. Please feel free to consult. In addition, We hold a sale in
the turning point of the season. We think that the opportunities when a product of own way
company has a visitor buy it by this increase more. We may offer a product more cheaply
then if We have the price negotiate.

F. Is there a customer service representative? What is his / her role in the company? Identify 5 different ways
that he/she might help the customer?
There is no person who is a customer service representative of our group members but
there is a customer service representative. There are many his role in our company. For
example, a person responsible for handing complaints. He listen the voices of complaint
against our company or management policy of our company. And, there are 5 reasons
why he might help the customer.First, he listen the customer's complaint and he consider
the source of the complaint. And he arrive at a solution. Second, he can directly listen the
complaint. Therefore, he can understand the customer's mind. Third, he can make trusted
relation between our company and the customer. Fourth, he also can take an objective
view. Fifth, he can know a difference between the customer's opinion and our company's
opinion.
