I cover where the risks are, and aren't and how a "digital" practice is different from what you've always known. The risks are in a different place and the practice of contract law is flipped on it's head. The IT Department and the business unit can't help you to the level you're relying upon them and you might be doing a disservice by not helping them to the level that you can. The presentation includes references to case law, statutes, applicable regulations and other useful goodies.
