Energy Saving in Network Department
Free Cooling Box installed in more than 2,000 BTS
This process reduces power consumption by more than 30% per year.
Implementing Delayed Start Generator System
We implement this system in areas that are less dependent on electric
power. Compared with the engine generator, this initiative is to
maximize time state without electricity and when the base station
battery power shortage.
BTel build base stations that use solar energy
Currently this BTS has been used in Sangata, East Kalimantan
and Cipakat, Tarlac. Going forward, the Company will continue to
develop green power solutions for base stations in other areas.
Highest Density Level
BTEL is one of the operators with the level the highest density of
customers per base station in Indonesia, with more than 3,300
subscribers per base station.

Collecting the used-handset to be recycled
Handset production spend many resources are
extracted, processed and manufactured. Therefore, it has
designed BTEL an innovative program to collect used handsets
for recycling. Through this program, customers may have a
role in preserving the environment.

through reduction in paper usage, encourage employees to
