After click on the picture, he can asked anything related to training and e-Portal. They can provide feedback anonymously or with email address so that we can respond to them. Link this feature with the e-Portal feedback system and also the email. Once user ask question, that question will log into the feedback system database. When we responded to that question, it will track also. Add WidgetBox things into e-Portal Access those codes from WidgetBox and then put them into e-Portal. Copyright issue?? (test out and see whether it will work or not first)

User don’t have to log in.

After click on the picture, he can asked anything related to training and e-Portal.

Link this feature with the e-Portal feedback system and also the email. Once user ask question, that question will log into the feedback system database. When we responded to that question, it will track also.

New Idea… Equipment due for Calibration Extract the current calibration database from another system. Have photographs for each instrument (obtainable Agilent site). Anybody can see which equipment is going to due this month, next month…. Cal guy can know who is the owner of the equipment. Owner can update the equipment location at e-Portal. Cal guy can update the status, next due date and etc through e-Portal. Anybody who found the lost instrument can report through the e-Portal. When cal guy wants to recall instrument for calibration, he just need to click on that instrument in the list and will link the email to the owner. He just need to key in few information and the email will be send straight. Concern ---- certain instrument cannot let other knows?
