International Operations Director CEO
Mr. David Mahoney has been based in Spain with his family for the past 15 years. He cut his teeth in the Real Estate Industry
from 1994, working with several of the largest Real Estate companies in Europe. During the boom in the mid 90’s in Southern
Spain, David progressed through the ranks, eventually being promoted to Manager at one Company’s top performing branch
offices in Marbella.
David went on to form his own Real Estate Company, ‘United Estates’, which he sold in 2003. After completing several Joint
Ventures in Chicago & Berlin during 2004‐06 David returned to Spain and began to put together the team that is now Realest
International LLC.
David has been very busy forming strong alliances with the top people in North East Brazil such as The Governor of the State,
The Minister of Tourism, The Mayor of Trairi and the Corporate Sponsorship of a local Soccer team. His vision of Coconut Grove
Resort in North East Brazil developed after many years of selling property Worldwide.
Project Supervisor‐Marketing & Sales Director
Mr. Harry Markham began his career in construction over 25 years ago. Initially working for his fathers building company
where he learnt all aspects of Plastering and Drywall.
By the early 90s Harry had his own Drywall Company, mainly , some of the largest companies in the UK, in the Commercial
sector working for Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Boots and Sainsbury’s. Harry has won awards for Innovation and Design at the
Boots in Bluewater and for Porsche and Lexus in Hatfield. He then moved into construction in the UK, building several Timber
Framed homes before moving to Marbella, Spain 7 years ago. Harry developed a number of luxury Villas in Marbella before
being involved in the build and marketing of Mirador De Costalita in Cansalada.
In 2003 he was involved in the development of Turtle Bay Village in Northern Cyprus, bringing 400 units to market on time and
under budget in what is still the only village of its kind in Northern Cyprus.

Mr. Guillermo Estevez Del La Cuesta is a graduate of one of the best Hotel Management Schools in the World, the famous Les
Roches in Marbella. Specialising in Hotel Management, Accounting and Business Operations in this field, Guillermo has worked
as far away as South East Asia, The Netherlands and the Canary Islands in the Hotel Management Industry. Having had an offer
from P&O Cruise Lines in late 2004 Guillermo spent 12 months sailing around the world as Purser on board a P&O Cruise Liner
before returning to his native Spain in 2006. Guillermo handles our Contracts, Company Accounts and Customer Transfers.
