Adding the practice of Design Thinking along with Agile / Scrum enable us to Innovate/Create real value for the business and then deliver the same using Scrum framework along with other Agile practices. Business and IT also can take the collaborative approach of "NO-Project" to create & deliver the value on a continuous basis rather than discrete project by project format.
