• SaraLeeZeeland employeesstart with 18 points
• Adecco employeesstart with 0 points
• Both accrue 2 pointsper week with no absenceor
latearrival (3 pointsif 7 straight days– Sunday)
• Encouraged to maintain 98% attendance(loseno
morethan 20 pointsin arolling 6 months)
• 3 daysabsent with no call, voluntary quit
• Different typesof absencesareassigned different
point values
• 16 pointswritten warning, 0 termination

• Additional Points forCommittee, Community and Volunteer
Involvement (Max 25 points)
• Job Performance Evaluation: from 0 to a max of 10 points
• Awards:
– 100 Club Banquet
– Cash depending on the years belonging to the 100 Club
– Gift - Designated by management
– Additional 10% discount (fora total of 40%) when
buying Sara Lee products produced in ourplant.

LO CKERS
• Will be assigned one
• Violations are subject to disciplinary action
• No edibles (food, candy, beverages, etc.) in lockers
• Lockercleaning once a month
– On the third Sunday
– Will be posted throughout the plant all week
– Must remove all items and take them home afterending
yourlast shift forthe week
• Lockers will be inspected twice a month
– These will be unannounced

• Hot food available forfirst and second shifts 8AM
to 1PMand 5:30PMto 8PM, Monday thru Friday.
• Vending machines available 24 hours with a variety
of snacks, sandwiches, and drinks
• If you bring yourown food, there are microwave
ovens available foryouruse
• Cafeteria must be kept clean at all times

JO BPO STINGS
• New hires must have completed 6 months service as a Sara
Lee Zeeland employee to be able to post out.
• If in 98% attendance position, must have completed 1 yr.
service to post out. (e.g. machine operators)
• Fora lowergraded position, can post at any time.
• All positions will be posted from 10 AMWednesday to 10
AMon the following Tuesday at which time it will no
longerbe available.
• If more than one team memberrequests the position,
below MO, by seniority, MO and above, most qualified.
• If posting fora 98% attendance position, must currently
have 98% attendance.
• Production positions have a 3 day trial period - support
positions have a 5 day trial period

Requirements to be Eligible for
Employment with Sara Lee
1. Need 240 hrs. of work and 12 attendance
points.
2. Get letter from Adecco certifying this.
3. Find a position that is posted right now.
4. Fill out an application for employment
with Sara Lee in Human Resources. (One
application for each position desired)

Orientation • Information must beup to date • Changesaremadeby you at theEmployeeSelf ServiceCenter on siteor through www.mysaralee.com. • Name, address, telephonenumber, dependents, etc. • May also call SaraLeeBenefitsCenter if unableto changeat the EmployeeSelf ServiceCenter. Orientation ATTENDANCE PO LICY • “No-fault” policy in manufacturing • SaraLeeZeeland employeesstart with 18 points • Adecco employeesstart with 0 points • Both accrue 2 pointsper week with no absenceor latearrival (3 pointsif 7 straight days– Sunday) • Encouraged to maintain 98% attendance(loseno morethan 20 pointsin arolling 6 months) • 3 daysabsent with no call, voluntary quit • Different typesof absencesareassigned different point values • 16 pointswritten warning, 0 termination

Orientation ATTENDANCE PO LICY • No Show - No call –– Lose10 points • Did call for absence– Lose8 points • Late– 1 point per hour or fraction of an hour • Sick – Oneday losepoints, morethan oneday and bringsnotefrom doctor – losepointsonly first day • *Request vacation timeprior to last shift ending – OK • *Vacation timewithout prior approval – Will losepoints • Jury Duty – No points • Absenceapproved by Supervisor with prior coordination – 4 points(5 pre-coordinated absencesper year for 98%)

Orientation ATTENDANCEBONUS • To qualify - During last quarter: – Haveused no morethan 4 attendancepoints • Bonuseach quarter: – A check for $65.00 or – 4 hoursoff paid by thecompany – Can changeselection only on Jan 1st every year – If qualified all 4 quartersin thecalendar year, you will receivean additional check for $65.00. • Any disciplinary absencewill disqualify for bonus • SeeHuman Resourcesfor moreinformation about theattendancepolicy

Orientation 1 0 0 CLUB• Full time Production and Sanitation Team Members • Accumulate 100 points during the full calendaryear: (1/1- 12/31) • 3.0 points foreach month of perfect attendance (max 36) • 4 points foreach month with perfect safety (max 48) • Additional Points forCommittee, Community and Volunteer Involvement (Max 25 points) • Job Performance Evaluation: from 0 to a max of 10 points • Awards: – 100 Club Banquet – Cash depending on the years belonging to the 100 Club – Gift - Designated by management – Additional 10% discount (fora total of 40%) when buying Sara Lee products produced in ourplant.

Orientation LO CKERS • Will be assigned one • Violations are subject to disciplinary action • No edibles (food, candy, beverages, etc.) in lockers • Lockercleaning once a month – On the third Sunday – Will be posted throughout the plant all week – Must remove all items and take them home afterending yourlast shift forthe week • Lockers will be inspected twice a month – These will be unannounced

Orientation CAFETERIA • Hot food available forfirst and second shifts 8AM to 1PMand 5:30PMto 8PM, Monday thru Friday. • Vending machines available 24 hours with a variety of snacks, sandwiches, and drinks • If you bring yourown food, there are microwave ovens available foryouruse • Cafeteria must be kept clean at all times
  • 10. Orientation JO BPO STINGS • New hires must have completed 6 months service as a Sara Lee Zeeland employee to be able to post out. • If in 98% attendance position, must have completed 1 yr. service to post out. (e.g. machine operators) • Fora lowergraded position, can post at any time. • All positions will be posted from 10 AMWednesday to 10 AMon the following Tuesday at which time it will no longerbe available. • If more than one team memberrequests the position, below MO, by seniority, MO and above, most qualified. • If posting fora 98% attendance position, must currently have 98% attendance. • Production positions have a 3 day trial period - support positions have a 5 day trial period
  • 11. Orientation Requirements to be Eligible for Employment with Sara Lee 1. Need 240 hrs. of work and 12 attendance points. 2. Get letter from Adecco certifying this. 3. Find a position that is posted right now. 4. Fill out an application for employment with Sara Lee in Human Resources. (One application for each position desired)
