TOTAL PACKAGE PROGRAM MENTORING PROGRAM FOR  AGES 12 TO 15
	OUR MISSION The “Total Package Program” is a youth mentoring program targeting the 12-15 age group and is designed around 10 keys life skills that will build leaders of tomorrow.
OUR GOALS: The goal of “Total Package Program” will be designed to develop leadership skills that encompass the following 10 principles.  At the same time students will be exposed to various mentors, groups and community leaders that will serve as role models.    “T-Points”: 1.  Time - time management 2.  Talent - career development 3.  Talking - good communication skills 4.  Taking Tests - academic development 5.  Temple - say no to drugs, nutrition 6.  Tour - learning about other cultures, getting a global view of the work 7.  Taking Charge - becoming a leader 8.  Teamwork - working with other people 9.  Taking a stand - decision-making 10.Treasures - money management
