Daley, City of Chicago• Partnership Between Mayor of Chicago and Mayors that Participate in Nine Suburban Municipal Councils of Governments (COGs)• Represents Mayors of 273 municipalities in Chicago Metropolitan Region and a Population of nearly 10 million
