Common Sense Solutions
Room Temperature
• Make sure temperature in your room is not
  too cold or too hot.
Distractions
• Make sure nothing in your room surrounding
  is keeping you awake.
Negativity
• Stay away from negative thoughts. They will
  only get you worried and anxious.
Chaos
• Eliminate chaos in your room. Place things
  neatly and in order.
Decoration
• Decorate your room with colors that make you
  feel good.
Let it out
• Either write down your feelings or tell them to
  someone you trust.
Positive thinking
• Think about things that cheer you up.
Illness

• Make sure there is no medical reason for your
  insomnia. Check with your doctor.
Prayers
• When all else fails, pray, pray, pray.
