• Retrieving the records for the complainants

Scope
• Adding and editing files of a new, old or even a returnee student
• Deleting files if no longer needed
• Lessen the excessive copies of the document to compile
• Searching and updating files and information of the students
• The system provides back-up files of every record.
• Capable of printing reports

Limitation
• Collection of fees for the requested documents are not covered by
the system
• Not design to determining and computing the total hours of work
by the personnel / staff
• Preparing the paychecks of scholar and S.A. were not included in
the system
