2. When Will You Use This Function?
Throughout the Digital Education Program,
teachers will submit work products to
demonstrate that they have completed the
Professional Development Plan (PDP) and
e-portfolio Activities.
You will use the accessing and grading
work products function when you need to
asses these items.

You will receive an email notifying you that a work product has been submitted for
grading.

5. Accessing Work Products
The email notification will contain the following information.
The teacher’s
name
The program
component The activity and the
stage of attainment
A link to the
appropriate location in
the LMS

Underneath the activity description and scenario, you will see the Grading Summary.

Select View/grade
all submissions.

9. Accessing Work Products
Once you have selected View/grade all submissions, you will be able to see the status
of work products that have been submitted.

box to filter the list
by school.

Select the green
checkmark in the
Grades column to
grade a work product.

link to download the
work product.

13. GRADING WORK PRODUCTS

Review the file(s) that the teacher has
submitted.
Use the criteria provided in the rubric to
assess the work product and determine if
the teacher has demonstrated mastery of
the competencies.

Select Yes to indicate
that a criterion has
been met.

Select No to indicate
that a criterion has
not been met.

Use this space to
record comments that
are specific to the
criterion.

Select Save
changes.

The changes you have made will be reflected in the grading summary.
