ES-IX Embrace change while creating new results for your company BRIEF  TRAINING PROGRAM INFORMATION Training information ES-IX is a new generation experiential learning training program. It is designed based on many years of training and development . ES-IX is inspired by bestsellers like: Stephen Covey  ‘7 Habits of highly effective people’ and Anthony Robbins ‘Awaken the Giant within’, as well principles from ESQ’s  AryGinanjar that revolves around spirituality, integrating with Islamic principles and values. In an exciting learning by doing environment, the participants will learn to embrace change while creating effective new habits which produce better results in work and life. The set up comprises 3 layers: 1. Awareness 2. Execution and 3. Breakthrough Each new layer builds on the one before while increasing control and effectiveness. Roughly 80% doing /exercises, 10% theory combined with 10% exciting animations/audio visuals will help create a learning experience which creates immediate impact to the mind, heart, body and spirit. Target Group All employees of your organisation with a minimum of 24 and a maximum of 100 per group. ES-IX THE MAN BEHIND ES-IX Mohd Sharif Van DerBurgh is an Associate Consultant to TalentEDge and a Malaysian-based Dutch trainer with over 15 years of experience who focuses tremendously towards performance development for corporate organisations and individuals.
