discipline and eliminate or at least moderate certain foods (you know what they
are) from your daily intake.

Making changes in your diet can be quite fun, too. Plus, once you see the
weight coming off, you'll be motivated to keep going and even have fun with it!


Top 10 Ways to Lose 10 Pounds in a Week
Here are some helpful tips to lose weight the safely, and quickly. (usually in 7 days)

   1.) Water - Make sure you're getting the recommended amount of daily water
       (8 8oz Glasses). Drinking an 8oz glass of water before a meal will also
       help you feel more full.
This will prevent you from over eating as well.

2.) Eat Less Calories Then You Burn - Cut your daily calories and become
more active (exercise) if you want to lose weight quickly. By simply eliminating
500 calories a day and adding a few exercises to your routine, you can lose
weight quickly and safely, while remaining healthy.

3.) Cleanse Your Colon - According to research, your colon can accumulate
large amounts of fecal waste which slows down digestion and releases
extremely harmful chemicals into your body.

Although there are several ways to eliminate this waste, unfortunately some are
more harsh and dangerous than others. Just go to your local health store or
reputable clinic and ask them to recommend you a good colon cleansing pill.

4.) Increase Your Fiber - Yes! Fiber actually helps you lose weight, but
remember to drink additional water because it helps your body digest fiber
better.

Fibers include:

   •   whole grains
   •   raw vegetables
   •   slightly cooked vegetables
   •   fruits
   •   fiber enriched cereals
   •   whole wheat pasta
   •   beans

   5.) Eliminate Sugars & Carbs - Sugars, and carbohydratess are all harmful

take the stairs, the furthest parking spot, and chose more involved activities
instead of watching T.V. and going to the movies.

8.) Eat Fruits and Veggies - Incorporate fruits and vegetables into your diet.

9.) Stay Away From Fried Foods - They'll clog your arteries and make you fat!
Forget about eating out right now... just concentrate on healthy food like fruits,
