aged in partial new American oak barrels. It also went through partial malolactic fermentation.

actually a blend! There is 1.4% Viognier added to the 98.6% chardonnay for richness and body. The
winemaker fermented 70% of this wine in stainless steel and 30% of it in French Oak.

This wine is not entirely cabernet! It contains all five Bordeaux grapes. The breakdown is 92%
cabernet sauvignon, 4% cabernet franc, 2% merlot, 1% malbec, and 1% petite verdot. It was aged for 14
months in French and American oak (25% new).
