 smooth and creamy
Blend

 to mix two or more ingredients until one
 cannot tell one ingredient from the other
Beat


To make mixture smooth and light by lifting
 over and over
Whip

To beat rapidly with a whisk beater
Knead

• To manipulate by pressure alternated with
  folding and stretching
