The document outlines three major initiatives for 2011 by the Mad County Chamber of Commerce: 1) Create a positive image for Mad County through programs, events, and leveraging partnerships; 2) Inspire the local marketplace through conferences, business consulting, and leadership development; 3) Circulate commerce locally and regionally through advertising, community events, and a business expo. It questions what niche the Chamber should fund and suggests becoming a single, combined organization with other local groups to achieve goals and have greater power and impact.
