sites, resources and people.

and then connect with

perhaps the best known
form of social media,
Blogs is online journals.
WIKIS
These sites allow people to
add content or edit
information acting as a
communal database. The
best known wiki is
Wikipedia, Wiki answers
etc. it has more than 2
million online articles.
FORUM
areas for online
discussion often around
specific topics and
interest.
VIDEO SHARING
Some websites allows you
to share your videos e.g.
dailymotion, youtube etc
On youtube 65,000 videos
uploaded daily.
PHOTO SHARING
some websites allows you
to share your pictures, you
can also edit them online
e.g Flickr, Fotki, shutterfly
etc
Bringing people
together
Everyone can find new
people, meet their friends
and communicate to their
love ones all over the
world. it allows people
from the different
geographical location to
express and share their
views and meet in a single
point as well as promoting
global products.
BREADTH OF KNOWLEDGE
PEOPLE CAN EXPERIENCE THE
BROADNESS OF KNOWLEDGE
AND CONNECTEDNESS
THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA USE. IT
IS EASIER FOR THEM TO KNOW
OR FIND OUT DIFFERENT
INFORMATION OR SOMETHING
ABOUT ALMOST ANYTHING IN
THE WORLD THROUGH A
CONNECTED MEDIA.

It could always be a fun
and creative method of
doing your business
because it not just allows
employees to discuss and
share ideas, ask questions,
post news and share links
but it minimize the use of
advertising to businesses
and also improves business
reputation.
Marketing through
social media
you can also make your
brand famous through
marketing. and of course
you can do this through the
social media websites.
Political awareness
through social media
people did not use to aware
of news or political affairs.
But through social media
people are aware of it.
When asked how they
prefer to get their news, the
students overwhelmingly
said online, including
Facebook and Twitter. Of
the respondents, 97% of the
people have a Facebook
and 91% have Twitter.
