3. Risk assessment sheet
• As we only filmed in one place there wasn’t much risk.
However as the woods is a natural places with lots of
branches and roots we did have to be careful.
• Before we started filming we checked out the woods
to see what it would be like in different weather
conditions and decided it was only safe when there
hadn’t been rain. This is because if it was wet the
leaves on the ground would be slippery and someone
may fall.
• Also because of all the twigs and different ground
surfaces we all decided to wear suitable shoes when
going to film which made it less likely for anyone to
slip.
• We also had to be careful of hanging branches and made
sure no one got hit in the face or tripped over any.
4. Location
The only location in our trailer is the
woods by our college. These are the
photos we took of different parts of the
woods when we decided it was going
to be our setting.
7. Script
Lucy: Is anyone out there? (on her own)
Lucy: (talking to Greg) it was right here.
Greg: there was nothing here
Lucy: there was, I felt it. Seriously it was here.
Greg: (hears something in bushes) wwhat was that?
Lucy: (looks to the right) over there. Look look.
Greg: were going to make it Lucy, were going to make it.
We told Amy (Lucy) and Sam (Greg) these lines but told
them to say it in the most natural way, so they don’t have to
be exact.
8. Shot list
• Long shot- opening clip of the trailer with Lucy (full body) but the
background dominates the screen. Something walking in the
distance
• Over the shoulder shot- Of Lucy looking around at the woods
• Pan shot- after Lucy is shown looking around. And of lucy walking
towards a tree.
• Hand held shot- looking down a path in the trees
• Close up- when Lucy hides behind the tree, shows facial
expression. And of Greg’s face when he’s talking
10. Storyboard
• The storyboard doesn’t include all of the
trailer but it just gave us an idea or what
we were planning to produce, with added
bits not shown in the storyboard as they
were thought of after.
