GOALS <ul><li>Raise “likes” on Facebook page from 28 to 100 by May 2012. </li></ul><ul><li>Increase followers on Twitter from 16 to 50 by May 2012. </li></ul><ul><li>Have Tweets/Facebook posts at least 3 times a week updating members, non-members, clients and potential clients on what is happening within Tower Creative Consultants. </li></ul><ul><li>Set up website for TCC to allow current and potential clients to see what is happening within TCC and with other clients. </li></ul>

TACTICS <ul><li>Have Tweets/Facebook posts at least 3 times a week updating members, non-members, clients and potential clients on what is happening within Tower Creative Consultants. </li></ul><ul><li>Have photos of team members on Facebook and TCC website. </li></ul><ul><li>Have photos of events for clients on Facebook and TCC website. </li></ul><ul><li>Have short bios of all team members on TCC website. </li></ul><ul><li>Have a weekly blog post from account managers and executive directors. </li></ul><ul><li>Follow clients, team members, and PR professionals on Twitter. </li></ul>

BENEFITS OF FACEBOOK <ul><li>Free to set up fan pages </li></ul><ul><li>Immediacy of press releases, photos, videos, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Can quickly get information about TCC meetings and client events out to the public. </li></ul><ul><li>Among the 25% of respondents that have followed a company in social media, 80% have done so via Facebook (ConvinceAndConvert.com). </li></ul>
