Supreme God is called "Acorán", "Achama" “Abora", "Orah", depending of the island. Aboriginalgods
On this island there were two gods, one female (Moneiba ") and male (Eraviazan"). Broadly speaking, the God was a collective being that is invoked only in cases of public problems, for example, ask for rain. Also made sacrifices, animal and food offerings. Gods in the island of the Hierro
The middle tier was occupied by the guardian spirits of the clans, represented by some specific figures for each. Furthermore, the Guanches believed in a demonic being who was called "Gabiot" in Gran Canaria and "Guayota" in Tenerife. Intermediatelevel
Two activities related to religion were the funeral home where they emphasize the collective burials in caves ready., Practicing mummification to avoid decomposition of the corpse. The other activity was the art, represented in the form of rock paintings and carvings that were purely decorative, performing such recorded both in the interiors of the caves or outdoors, being used techniques such as scratching, the incision or chopped.
