• Simple comme Bonjour!
Une chose est sûre : le titre électronique est très facile à utiliser. J’ai pu en
faire l’expérience moi-même, à l’occasion d’une visite chez Colruyt à
l’issue de laquelle j’ai sorti la carte Monizze pour la première fois. Insérer
la carte dans le lecteur de carte, appuyer sur ‘OK’ et c’est payé. Le
premier paiement par titres électroniques s’est effectué sans heurt, sous
l’oeil approbateur de trois collaborateurs Colruyt venus observer le
spectacle.
• D’une simplicité déconcertante
« Outre le fait que tout le monde dispose désormais de ses titres-repas beaucoup
plus rapidement qu’avant, la plupart des commentaires qui nous parviennent louent
la facilité d’utilisation du système », affirme Patrick Demoustiez. « Et cette ‘facilité’
vaut pour tous. Le client est content de voir enfin disparaître les titres en papier et les
vendeurs peuvent activer le système d’une simple pression sur un bouton, et ne sont
plus tenus de compter les titres reçus. De plus, en interne, nous sommes également
libérés de la distribution des titres. Le système électronique fait tout le boulot pour
nous. Cela peut sembler accessoire, mais c’est tout de même agréable. Autre
avantage :avant, nous recevions nos titres-repas de notre responsable. S’il était
malade ou absent, nous devions donc attendre nos titres pendant un certain temps.
Ce n’est plus nécessaire à présent : pendant mes vacances en Espagne, j’ai reçu un
sms m’informant que le montant de mes titres-repas électroniques avait été versé
sur mon compte. Et une fois de retour en Belgique, j’ai pu utiliser ma
carte immédiatement. Quel luxe ! »
