VACANCY
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
An opportunity awaits you to join our team as the Food &
Beverage Manager.

You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for
ensuring the success of the Food and Beverage operation.
This will be achieved by:
leading, motivating and developing the food and beverage staff to
ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
implementing effective food, beverage and labor cost controls in order
to maximize profitability
implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures to ensure
effective quality control
effective planning and management functions
accurate scheduling, budgeting and forecasting
assisting the chef in menu planning, costing and implementing, and
contributing to the marketing plan as it relates to food & beverage to
drive revenue.
The Food & Beverage operation encompasses a team of over 30 persons in the
area of front-of-the-house service, kitchen and functions/events.
Your Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management or
equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years Food and Beverage Management
experience will contribute to our business. Your advanced experience with
Microsoft Office applications and restaurant point of sale (POS) systems is also
required.
