We humbly request to all of our valued Customer's/Buyer's, to please make sure that we
get ALL necessary information in the first instance, and try to be specific when making an enquiry else
it adds to our workload and inevitably causes delay.
Please describe the product you need rather than using phrases such as 'jute yarn', 'hessian cloth',
'jute bags', to mention but a few examples.
If you provide us details to all above points you ensure fast reaction and a detailed offer. ou may use
this form for all your inquiries.
Payment Method's:
1. We accept 100% Confirmed, Transferable & Irrevocable Letter of Credit.
1.1) 100% at sight Irrevocable L/c (without confirmation) is acceptable , if issued by a internationally recognizeable first
class European Bank.
2. We accept 100% T.T. (Telegraphic Transfer) or Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer through SWIFT to our bank
account as payment method.
2.1) We accept partial T.T. /Wire Transfer**(50% of total contract value should be sent as advance and confirmation
of order, remaining balance should transmit after shipment and sending of a B/L copy by email or fax)
3. We accept small payments through Western Union (for Sample / Small orders that are shipped through
Express Courier's.)
4. We accept 50% T.T. & 50% L/C ( for some specific and hand made products) (After issuing Pro forma-
Invoice i.e. PI, the customer have to pay 50% of total payment through TT. And the rest 50% have to pay
through L/C)
5. We regret that, presently we are not accepting D/C or D/P (Documentary Credit) etc.

Please note that we usually do not charge for sampling, if can delivered by a normal postage.
But if its need to be post through an express courier, charges have to be paid by buyers.
