歐盟頒令修訂食品級法規
歐盟委員會於 2011 年 11 月 28 日頒布法令(EU)
1282/2011 修訂(EU) No 10/2011 與食品接觸的塑料
材料和物品規例。新修訂包括新增加 15 種新物質，
修正 6 種授權物質的限制和規範，修正兩種已在名單
上的物質。
新修訂於2012年1月1日起於歐盟各成員國生效。
(EU) 1282/2011 新修訂法案內容
新修訂法案（EU）1282/2011主要更新了(EU) No 10/2011附件一。重要內容如下：
新添加15種物質
修正6種授權物質的限制和規範
修正已在名單上的物質
三聚氰胺限制 Melamine Limit - 由2012年1月1日至起，三聚氰胺的具體遷移
限制會有重大改變。限制會由30毫克/千克降為2.5毫克/千克。

New Amendment on EU Foodgrade
Regulation (EC) No. 10/2011
On 28 November 2011, European Commission published regulation
(EU) No 1282/2011 to amend Commission Regulation (EU) No
10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact
with food. New amendment includes the adding of 15 new
substances, amending the restrictions and specifications of six
authorized substances and correcting mistakes in the listing of
substances.
The new amendment will come into effect on 1 Jan 2012.
New amendment (EU) 1282/2011
The Regulation (EU) 1282/2011 mainly updates Annex I of the Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 as per
the points below:
15 new substances are added
Amendments to 6 existing authorized substances
Correcting mistakes in the listing of substances.
Melamine Limit - There is an important change in SML (Specific Migration Limit) for
Melamine. Starting from 1 Jan 2012 onwards, the limit is lowered from 30 mg/kg to 2.5
mg/kg.
